About Vrsi
Vrsi is a tourist town and the center of the municipality of the same name in Zadar County. They are located in the far northwestern part of northern Dalmatia, in the midst of one of the peninsulas to which the mainland of Dalmatia towards the island of Pag is completed. They are about 5 km northeast from the town of Nin and about 20 kilometers from the historic city of Zadar.
There are about 1,700 permanent residents in Vrsi. The place is located about 2 kilometers from the coast, but with the development of tourism in the 1960s, the locals began to descend to the shore and build their houses there, and at the same time two new settlements of Mulo and Zukve located next to each other.
Today, Mulo and Zukve's oases are beautiful houses whose hosts are mostly oriented towards tourism and private accommodation services. Modern, beautiful and quality apartments and rooms and their kindness welcome guests from all over the world.
Along the places extend long pebble beaches where you can enjoy the sun, clean sea and outdoor gym. With the beach itself, there is a long and decorated promenade that can take a walk in the evening and enjoy the sunset. The special interest of this region is the nearby islet of the Zečevo because it turns it into a peninsula during a strap, and the tide again makes it an island again. On this islet there is also the church of Gospa Od Zečeva and a smaller beach.
